• Great communication skills for collaboration.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Bonus points for a nursing background.

Responsibilities:

• Own RN recruiting from beginning to end.
• Take full ownership of work and responsibility for every detail.
• Rapidly produce candidates and manage hiring pressures.
• Contribute to interviewing and onboarding processes.
• Learn and safeguard the Solace culture.
