Requirements:

• Completed university degree in the area of accounting and finance.
• 6+ years of professional experience in accounting.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting and tax regulations in Poland including Accounting Act, corporate income tax and VAT.
• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including creating tables and using functions.
• Advanced communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to compare various data sets accurately for reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the financial books and records and manage accounting operations for vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare journal entries, financial reports, and segment performance reports.
• Post payroll across Fandom subsidiaries and reconcile payroll accounts.
• Manage cash transactions and supplier bills, ensuring timely payments.
• Support tax and external audits with a focus on payroll and cash.
• Lead process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare month-end close schedules and reconciliations, and produce routine and ad hoc reports.
