Product Manager, Operations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of PM experience at a product-based tech company; startup experience or experience at a respected company in product management is a plus.
• Strong technical skills; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to thrive in a startup culture where resources are limited.
• Excellent product sense and outstanding analytical skills, especially in user data dissection and Business Intelligence tools.
• Excellent communication skills with various audiences.
• Customer obsession and excessive attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap and drive key business results for your product.
• Lead through influence and collaboration to transform concepts into a product that delights customers.
• Analyze the success of the product to build on that success using product sense and data analysis skills.
• Report progress regularly to leadership and the company, championing improvements to the product and processes.
• Work closely with the global 3D Operations team, visiting them if needed, to enhance their work and productivity.
