Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in content strategy and copywriting.
• Ability to conduct user research activities and report on findings.
• Experience in ideation through wireframing and prototyping.
• Ability to facilitate workshops with diverse participants.
• Experience in prioritization and trade-off discussions.

Responsibilities:

• Create emails that align with our brand voice and are consistent with our style.
• Advocate for the user and conduct research that delivers actionable insights for the squad.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager, Tech Lead and other designers to shape product solutions.
• Use our Email Design System to create designs for agreed problems and solutions.
• Understand outcomes and success metrics, and continuously iterate on solutions.
• Facilitate a collaborative and transparent design process within the team.
• Communicate insights, issues, and solutions effectively to the squad and stakeholders.
• Test and iterate on different content approaches.
