Requirements:
- 5-10 years experience in Paid Social and Performance Marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership position, ideally in Performance Marketing
- Extensive experience with Paid Social campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Spotify, etc., and is well versed in the analysis of performance data
- Has already worked with GA4 and Tableau as well as other data collection tools and is experienced in data preparation for reporting and analysis
- Has experience in the internationalization of Paid Social Channels and knows how to successfully manage and scale local markets
- Has a very good understanding of numbers and the ability to translate data into strategic decisions
- Has a good understanding of the brands and products of ESN and More Nutrition and is motivated to further strengthen these in communication and strategy
- Fluent in German and English; other language skills are an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for planning and implementing Paid Social campaigns for both brands, ESN and More Nutrition, working across channels with other teams
- Lead a team of Performance Marketing Managers and coordinate their activities to ensure that all campaigns are optimized, efficient and targeted
- Manage budgets, attribution and the continuous optimization of campaigns, and develop and implement strategies for better performance measurement based on various data collection tools
- Work closely with our marketing, creative and product teams to ensure that our media strategies are always optimally tailored to the brands, target groups and channels
- Regularly analyze data and figures, derive optimization measures and develop growth strategies, especially in the context of internationalization and expansion
- Advise the team on the internationalization of the Paid Social Channels and implement best practices from different markets
- Report directly to the Head of Performance Marketing and regularly evaluate campaign results in order to further optimize them in line with the company's goals
- Responsible for continuously developing all channels and also establishing new channels that are suitable for the company
