Requirements:

• Experience designing and optimizing tools and services for platform ecosystems.
• Proven ability to deliver scalable solutions that address diverse user and business needs.
• Strong experience in building collaboration tools, B2C or B2B.
• Proven design experience with a strong portfolio, especially for desktop applications.
• Expertise in designing end-to-end flows with a clear visual hierarchy.
• Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and gather actionable insights.
• Attention to detail and a high standard for user-centered design.
• Proven ability to work in small, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to generate concepts and prototypes quickly and pivot when necessary.
• Demonstrated systems thinking to connect immediate user needs with long-term scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Apply systems and ecosystems thinking to ensure solutions contribute to a cohesive product ecosystem.
• Lead the design of platform-specific tools and services in areas like collaboration flows, sync, account management, and Goodnotes Cloud.
• Collaborate on cross-platform design solutions for Apple and other platforms to create delightful user experiences.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design features that balance user needs with business objectives.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and communicate design concepts iteratively.
• Establish and uphold design standards and best practices.
• Conduct research and usability testing to refine designs.
• Utilize insights from data to drive impactful design decisions.
