Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles, ideally with large scale production systems.
• Mastery of AWS and familiarity with other cloud providers.
• Experience in large AWS multi-account setups and dealing with customer data.
• Proficient in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Experience building and maintaining Go-based Kubernetes operators.
• Ability to orchestrate databases, preferably with experience in Percona XtraDB Cluster and Postgres/Redis management.
• Comfortable with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving remote environment.

• Research and implement best solutions for improving developer experience.
• Participate in collaborative processes, often using pair programming and team huddles.
• Document processes thoroughly for team and user reference.
