Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound franchise inquiries and qualify potential candidates based on Success Tutoring's criteria.
• Schedule and book meetings for Franchise Sales Managers with qualified prospects.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to develop rapport with potential franchise partners.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments using the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with the US Franchise Sales Manager and the Sydney-based executive team to optimize the recruitment process.
