• Perform administrative duties for Talent Operations team
• Assist in reporting on global recruiting activities
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers
• Follow up with interview teams
• Support sourcing candidates
• Assign tests to assess candidates' skills
• Perform ATS maintenance
• Promote employer brand
• Update hiring teams on positions
• Support new hire offer process
• Administer background screens
• Engage global new hires
