• Follow up with clients after attorneys have responded to their cases.
• Increase attorney-client interactions by contacting clients.
• Encourage clients to respond to attorneys promptly.
• Represent LegalMatch professionally with clear communication.
• Listen to clients’ concerns and advise on next steps.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions.
• Collaborate with other teams to enhance processes.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
