Requirements:

• Proven experience in headhunting and talent acquisition.
• Experience in IT recruitment is highly desirable.
• Demonstrate a high level of autonomy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to efficiently manage your workload.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in headhunting and talent acquisition, with a strong track record of sourcing and placing candidates.
• Proactively identify and reach out to potential candidates for open positions.
• Research and develop a deep understanding of position requirements to independently manage part of the recruitment process, from sourcing to interviewing candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring consistent communication and effective tracking throughout the hiring process.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate status and progress.
