• 8+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or communications, specifically in blockchain, staking, or traditional finance.
• Proven track record of producing research reports and thought leadership content.
• Experience managing co-sponsored content initiatives or partnerships.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to distill complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management skills.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and crypto regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with Figment's brand and marketing goals.
• Produce longform content, including white papers, thought leadership articles, and research reports.
• Craft narratives that communicate complex crypto concepts to non-native audiences.
• Manage partnerships for co-sponsored research reports with traditional finance entities.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce data-driven insights.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and refine content.
• Track and analyze the performance of content initiatives.
