• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences, including stakeholders.

• Tech-lead the AI tribe to deliver state-of-the-art AI models in production.
• Demonstrate best engineering practices in code development and reviews.
• Inspire and mentor tech leaders and senior contributors for skill growth.
• Identify and enhance performance of existing data pipelines and products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth AI product integration.
• Apply emerging technologies to boost capabilities and disrupt the industry.
• Define the company-wide AI technical roadmap free from urgent product needs.
