Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Modernization Technical Project Manager in a client-facing role or consulting environment.
• 3+ years of recent hands-on experience as a software developer with legacy code bases.
• Proven experience in planning and executing modernization/migration projects.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools.
• Ability to gather and document technical requirements.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Agile methodologies.
• Experience overseeing project timelines and resource allocations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cl/C2 level English required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and application modernization projects.
• Oversee migration of virtual machines to containers and modernize legacy applications.
• Coordinate integration of generative AI capabilities into projects.
• Gather technical and functional requirements from clients and convert them into actionable plans.
• Develop and maintain project scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource plans.
• Act as primary contact between clients and internal teams.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and delegate tasks.
• Engage with AI and LLM teams to enhance automation and code outcomes.
• Establish best practices for code quality and compliance.
• Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement within project teams.
