Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 4 years focused on technical recruiting (software engineering, data science, IT, etc.).
- Deep understanding of technical roles in the technology industry.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and social media platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed hiring targets and continuously improve recruiting processes.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates and build a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent.
- Work closely with hiring managers and department leads to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and team dynamics.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technical skills in demand, and competitor hiring practices.
- Provide a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the interview and hiring process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all technical recruiting activities.
- Offer insights to leadership on hiring decisions, challenges, and market trends under the direction of Senior Director of HR.
