Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent in both English and Urdu.
• PA certification in Elementary Education, Early Childhood, or Special Education.
• Experience tutoring or teaching K12 students, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the subject matter being taught.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple students and assignments.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct online instructional sessions for individuals or small groups using our curriculum.
• Create engaging and interactive lesson plans based on students' individual needs.
• Provide clear explanations and examples to help students understand difficult concepts.
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain organized records of tutoring sessions and student progress.
