Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of Project Management experience required.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and CAD/Visio.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Driven, hardworking, and dedicated individual.
• Energetic self-starter with a problem-solving attitude.
• Willingness to travel frequently if not local.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate project meetings with design, construction, and commissioning firms.
• Manage T5 budgets and schedules.
• Conduct feasibility studies and manage cash flow.
• On-site management of data center projects.
• Interact with power and fiber companies.
• Provide executive level reporting.
• Interface with customers to ensure critical infrastructure integrity.
• Collaborate with T5 operations team.
• Support business development initiatives.
