Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in a high-volume business-to-customer environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to actively listen and understand customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly pet insurance, is a plus.
• Strong ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
• Active Property and Casualty license preferred.

• Using assumptive closing techniques to guide customers through enrollment.
• Accurately enrolling pets in policies and documenting necessary information.
• Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
