Requirements:

• At least 5 years as a DevOps Team Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong belief in servant leadership principles.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Agile Scrum Master Certification preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a scalable, efficient, and secure DevOps strategy.
• Manage and prioritize the DevOps product backlog.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of systems and applications.
• Oversee design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Integrate Agile workflows into DevOps practices.
• Lead and mentor the DevOps team, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments.
• Promote collaboration and effective communication within the team.
