Requirements:

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Amazon 3P business.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and collaboration with finance and operations.
• Practical knowledge of the operational side of e-commerce.
• Experience with food/CPG business preferred.
• Omnichannel mindset with understanding of e-commerce within retail.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and professional platforms.
• Reside in the United States and no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategy and plan to drive growth on Amazon Core.
• Manage the day-to-day Amazon business.
• Own assortment plans, including ASIN recommendations and catalog setup.
• Optimize portfolio and develop trade spend plans for profitable growth.
• Act as point of contact with Amazon for Core business.
• Collaborate on creating compelling content and optimizing for SEO.
• Oversee performance marketing efforts with media agency.
• Monitor inventory levels and provide inputs for sales forecasting.
• Address competitive activity and Brand Registry issues.
• Provide reports and collaborate with data analysts.
