Solution Architect - Field Service + Service Cloud (Salesforce)

Requirements:

• 4-6+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• 2-3+ years of solution design experience with Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification (Required).
• Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant (Highly Preferred).
• Foundational understanding of Field Service Object Model, including Work Orders and Service Appointments (Highly Preferred).
• Field Service Industry experience as a Dispatcher, Technician, etc. (Highly Preferred).
• Experience with Field Service scheduling and optimization principles (Preferred).
• Significant experience across Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc. (Preferred).
• Experience solutioning on Salesforce platform for various clients.
• Comprehensive knowledge of software, application, and platforms.
• Strong skills in business processes, documentation, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud solution design and implementation.
• Leading business and technology analysis and providing CRM domain expertise.
• Leading client architecture initiatives from inception to completion as a technical subject matter expert.
• Partnering with Sales team in client discovery to estimate technical effort for project scope.
• Ensuring success of on+offshore team project delivery and overall health of the project team.
• Championing the adoption of reusable architecture assets for efficiency.
• Producing documentation to enhance understanding of existing architecture solutions.
• Owning execution of implementation deliverables and quality assurance.
