Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• Proficient computer skills in Excel and Word.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge in EDI/API and Supply Chain Visibility applications is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Creative thinking and proficiency in technology-based problem solving.
• 1-3 years of previous Transportation and Global Logistics experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Master transportation services such as International Ocean, International Air, Truckload, LTL, Intermodal, and Small Parcel.
• Develop and implement insightful reporting and analytics solutions.
• Lead meetings with service providers to review KPIs and drive business opportunities.
• Serve as a primary contact for internal Supply Chain partners.
• Perform cost and process analysis, presenting results for decisions.
• Identify and resolve network issues.
• Develop and maintain transportation SOPs and reports.
• Coordinate with providers and manage carrier relationships.
• Monitor compliance with regulations and conduct market research.
