Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project finance, corporate finance, or investment banking within renewable energy or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in project finance structures, including partnership flips, construction financing, and back-leverage.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential project investors within the equity fund and banking communities and develop strategies to build the utility-scale solar and storage project pipeline in North America.
• Lead financial modeling analysis and provide support for contract negotiation.
• Create and maintain complex project finance models for various stages of project development.
• Synthesize and model construction loans, tax equity bridge loans, and sponsor equity.
• Review project documentation and integrate assumptions into financial models.
• Run sensitivities in models and quantify impact on returns.
• Create marketing materials for fundraising efforts.
• Manage closing processes and coordinate reviews across multi-functional teams.
