Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in security operations, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of security technologies, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, IDS/IPS, WAF, and cloud security platforms.
  • Experience leading incident response efforts and managing large-scale security events.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the SecOps team, collaborating with stakeholders to embed security across the organization.
  • Oversee daily security operations including monitoring, detection, and incident response.
  • Enhance threat detection through advanced rules and automation.
  • Oversee timely identification, prioritization, and remediation of vulnerabilities.
