Requirements:

• A personal passion and commitment to principles of reproductive justice and abortion access.
• A minimum of 5 years of management experience with a track record in managing teams and campaigns.
• Resident of Georgia or willing to relocate.
• Ability to work in a remote-first environment using Google Suite.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in Southern U.S. and reproductive health movements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Amplify Georgia’s mission, vision, and values are reflected in all programming and operations.
• Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of Amplify’s strategic plan.
• Build and maintain a positive organizational culture, grounded in Amplify’s values.
• Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with staff, partners, allies, and the community.
• Serve as a thought partner for staff and allies in visioning and goal setting for campaigns.
• Oversee fundraising efforts and manage the organizational budget accurately.
