Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline required.
• A minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain CompTIA Security Plus Certification within 90 days of onboarding.
• Expert knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter UA v13.x or above, including BMIDE, Workflow, Access Management, and Reporting.
• Wide-ranging experience in PLM, PDM, CAD, BOM Management, Mechanical/Electrical CAD, and Additive Manufacturing.
• Understanding of principles in Project Management, Requirements Gathering, Software implementation, and validation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and functional guidance for the planning, architecture, deployment, and integration of Siemens Teamcenter PLM platform.
• Guide the strategy and overall roadmap of Teamcenter PLM among Active Workspace and Rich Client applications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on data models, workflows, and business processes related to Navy aircraft maintenance.
• Oversee Teamcenter application architecture and evaluate future releases for product improvement.
• Ensure strong communication and integration with engineering project leads, product marketing, CAD designers, and IT teams.
• Implement OOTB Manufacturing Process Planning and Change Management.
• Develop process diagrams for custom workflows.
• Interface with engineering staff and work with PLM vendor for complex design issues.
• Create Stories and Tasks in JIRA to implement customer requirements.
