Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in product management or development with a focus on AI.
• Experience with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Airtable.
• Proficiency with Lucidchart, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work in agile environments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry is desired.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Advanced technical, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy compliance, cyber security, and ethical AI.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to scope, develop, and implement GenAI products.
• Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder needs to define detailed, actionable requirements and write user stories.
• Perform product testing to ensure functionality, accuracy, and performance.
• Own and maintain products, utilizing feedback to iterate and refine features continuously.
• Drive the execution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Partner with stakeholders throughout the end-to-end GenAI use case lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver reports, metrics, recommendations, and more to stakeholders and executives.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and contribute to identifying reusable enterprise GenAI patterns.
