Requirements:

• Passion for and understanding of blockchain technologies.
• Experience leading teams in development and experimentation.
• Excellent verbal communication and written skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal and external teams.
• Competent Computer Science fundamentals or previous development experience.
• Experience writing Rust, Solidity, or Golang.
• Experience writing and deploying smart contracts in EVM environments.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, contribute to, and advocate for strategic partnerships with promising application teams.
• Own developer success across leading application teams in the Arbitrum ecosystem.
• Work directly with the Product team to incorporate feedback from projects into the roadmap.
• Assist with improving tooling and create tutorials and other reference materials.
• Build relationships with developers and related organizations to raise awareness of Offchain Labs products.
• Represent Offchain Labs at developer events, assisting with coding sessions and speaking engagements.
