• 1-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in sourcing candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.
• Technical proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong understanding of hiring processes and recruitment life cycles.
• Excellent communication skills for outreach and interviews.
• Interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates and clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a kickoff meeting to understand the role and expectations.
• Draft and get approval for job descriptions.
• Post job openings and promote on various platforms.
• Research and headhunt passive candidates through LinkedIn and networks.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
• Prepare and submit candidate profiles to hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and provide insights to candidates.
• Assist with offer negotiation, extend the offer, and support onboarding.
• Conduct regular check-ins during the probation period.
