• At least 5 years of consulting experience.
• Proven ability to process and evaluate data for decision-making.
• Experience leading teams in a virtual or hybrid environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective presentation abilities.
• Experience with technologies and systems supporting fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide mid-level, director, and executive-level support for non-profit organizations.
• Assess and advise on the best methods to achieve organizational goals.
• Lead teams and direct performance while managing client relationships.
• Interact effectively with executive leadership, staff, board members, and major donors.
• Conduct major donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
