Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in senior financial leadership roles.
• Proven success in high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS businesses.
• Experience managing audits, implementing accounting policies, improving operational processes and M&A.
• ERP system implementation experience is required.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial accounting, analysis, treasury, audit, and tax functions while ensuring compliance with GAAP.
• Manage accounting operations including general ledger, revenue recognition, billing, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll.
• Prepare, publish, and analyze monthly financial statements and key operational results, recommending adjustments as necessary.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, improve efficiency in accounting processes.
• Lead ERP system implementation and financial integration for acquisitions, developing KPIs.
• Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team.
