• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in software development.
• Proven track record of managing the entire recruitment cycle.
• Strong understanding of compensation trends in the software industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills to inform hiring decisions.
• Experience with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle including job posting, sourcing, and attracting candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads to create comprehensive job descriptions.
• Proactively source and build pipelines of qualified candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on them.
• Draft and refine the selection process to ensure a streamlined approach.
• Screen applicants and coordinate interviews.
• Oversee onboarding with a structured plan.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
• Provide compensation benchmarking and recommendations.
