Requirements:
- Familiarity with interpreter management systems.
- Experience using reporting tools to analyze calling data.
- Knowledge of vendor management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Access is looking to allow other LSP's and BPOs to use the management portal for managing interpreters and call volume.
- Portal features include interpreter or caller utilization, clock in/out capabilities, and reporting features for deeper analysis of calling data.
- Create vendor access for other BPOs within the system.
- The portal can be white-labeled for both Over the Phone and Video Calling.
- Manage teams effectively with custom phone numbers and a star rating system for client feedback post-call.
