Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Access is looking to allow other LSP's and BPOs to use the management portal for managing interpreters and call volume.
  • Portal features include interpreter or caller utilization, clock in/out capabilities, and reporting features for deeper analysis of calling data.
  • Create vendor access for other BPOs within the system.
  • The portal can be white-labeled for both Over the Phone and Video Calling.
  • Manage teams effectively with custom phone numbers and a star rating system for client feedback post-call.
