Requirements:

• A university degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in peer-reviewed scholarly publishing.
• Knowledge of direct-to-XML-based publishing methods.
• Strong knowledge of production workflow management systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and file conversions.
• Experience with archival and syndication workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely, efficient production and publication of accepted content.
• Identify and remove barriers to publication.
• Troubleshoot persistent research output or system issues and escalate as necessary.
• Maintain and document standard production workflows.
• Implement process updates when approved.
• Execute corrections and updates to research outputs pre and post publication.
• Respond to production-related queries from stakeholders.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality.
