Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Finance, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and tactfully.
• Passion and curiosity for system applications.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with Excel and other business-focused software.
• Comfort with technology and interest in problem-solving.
• Proven collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside engineers, product managers, and the customer success team to verify application functionality, usability, and scalability.
• Create and execute software system validation and testing plans to ensure the application meets the specifications.
• Identify, document, and report system bugs and performance issues.
• Review product specifications, FAQs, and documentation for accuracy.
• Participate in cross-functional team bug bash sessions and test user interface recommending improvements.
• Learn and understand customer supply chain and manufacturing needs to propose systems solutions.
