Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics, Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems (MIS), Bachelor of Science in Finance or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear, tactful, and practical manner.
• Passion and curiosity for system applications.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with Excel and other business-focused software.
• Comfort with technology and interest in problem-solving with startup-level resources.
• Proven collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside engineers, product managers, and customer success team to verify application functionality, usability, and scalability.
• Create and execute software system validation and testing plans to ensure the application meets specifications.
• Identify, document, and report system bugs and performance issues.
• Review product specification, FAQ, and documentation for accuracy.
• Participate in cross-functional team bug bash sessions.
• Test user interface and recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Learn and understand the customer supply chain and manufacturing processes, problems, needs, and objectives and propose systems solutions.
