Requirements:
  • Track record (7+ years) of building successful TA pipelines, processes, and partnerships with business leaders, with increasing responsibility and complexity over time
  • Experience hiring for a range of specialized or technical roles (Engineering, Data Science, Credit Risk); prior experience with general / corporate sourcing a plus
  • People-oriented systems thinker: understands how to connect the dots between company culture, candidate experience, and TA operations (workflows, tools, etc.)
  • Curious and analytical thinker: solves the problem at hand using quantitative data whenever possible
  • Can keep the bar high and will never sacrifice quality for speed
  • Negotiates for the business and the candidate
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for several leadership, technical, and business (corporate) roles, from sourcing to offer.
  • Act as a partner to hiring managers, delivering a great experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proactively source, pipeline, attract, interview, and close candidates
  • Develop and cultivate a strong understanding of our target talent markets, including trends in compensation, evaluation, and talent branding.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing & recruiting strategies to attract top talent, adjusting as needed to achieve hiring goals.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
