Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a customer experience or client success role.
- Experience with midsize or larger clients.
- Familiarity with Direct Retailers like Target, Amazon, Kroger, and/or CPG.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Hubspot) and project management platforms (like Asana, Intercom).
- Strong emphasis on proactive service and track record in addressing client needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant technical skills including SaaS products, Slack, G Suite, and CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze and report data clearly.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain close relationships with clients to exceed their expectations.
- Contact approximately 30 client accounts regularly via email, phone, and Zoom.
- Manage the client journey post-sales, ensuring retention and engagement with services.
- Provide detailed account management and proactive support for excellent client experience.
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client requests and business goals.
- Identify and execute additional value-added services for clients.
