Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer experience or client success role.
  • Experience with midsize or larger clients.
  • Familiarity with Direct Retailers like Target, Amazon, Kroger, and/or CPG.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Hubspot) and project management platforms (like Asana, Intercom).
  • Strong emphasis on proactive service and track record in addressing client needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant technical skills including SaaS products, Slack, G Suite, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyze and report data clearly.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with clients to exceed their expectations.
  • Contact approximately 30 client accounts regularly via email, phone, and Zoom.
  • Manage the client journey post-sales, ensuring retention and engagement with services.
  • Provide detailed account management and proactive support for excellent client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client requests and business goals.
  • Identify and execute additional value-added services for clients.
