Responsibilities:

• Own and shape the product roadmap for payments, balancing long-term vision with quarterly objectives.
• Lead a talented cross-functional team (engineers, designers, researchers) to deliver products that add measurable value for both doctors and patients.
• Influence end-to-end payment experiences, from doctor appointments to digital wallets, ensuring frictionless user journeys.
• Tackle complex challenges, including legacy systems, to simplify workflows and create autonomy for product teams.
• Build innovative solutions, such as patient wallets that employers or social security programs can top up, transforming how healthcare payments are made globally.
• Drive product discovery and delivery using data to validate decisions and unlock opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including engineering, leadership, and board-level teams, to align and communicate priorities effectively.
