Responsibilities:

• Analyze client legacy data sets to understand their impact on system design.
• Drive and manage new client implementations from start to finish.
• Provide guidance and support to customers from the initial requirements gathering to platform configuration and training.
• Manage client and internal stakeholder relationships adeptly throughout the implementation process.
• Deliver accurate and timely responses to inquiries, both written and verbal.
• Collaborate with SaaS engagement teams for consistent customer experiences.
• Work with Microsoft Excel to analyze and normalize data sets for system import.
• Provide recommendations for system design and industry best practices.
• Hold clients and team members accountable to project timelines and budgets.
• Work concurrently on multiple customer implementations.
