Requirements:

• Must be enrolled as a student.
• Good knowledge of English is required, with German and possibly Dutch as a plus.
• Fields of study should include mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production engineering, or technical business economics.
• Completion of basic study period is necessary.
• Good knowledge of MS-Office is required.
• Must be responsible, independent, reliable, and possess intercultural interest.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the design of new production machines and processes.
• Participate in Bosch Production System Projects.
• Engage in lean manufacturing and value stream planning.
• Work on continuous improvement in quality, failure cost, safety, environment, and ergonomics.
• Collect data and perform capability calculations.
• Contribute to Industry 4.0 initiatives and digitalization.
• Work on paperless projects and automate administrative workflows.
• Assist in larger manufacturing projects, including design and development of new assembly lines.
