- Product knowledge in the areas of EMA, BMA, UGM, Video are desirable.
- Interest in continuous improvement and to contribute with innovations and know-how to an existing team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the technical 2nd-level support / operation support in the area of IoT / Azure / RemoteService / PowerPlattform for our regional teams and customers.
- You ensure the competent answering of technical and complex support requests.
- You take care of technical error analyses.
- In addition, you create and distribute technical information.
- Technical processing of faults in 2nd-level support.
- You are responsible for the analysis of faults.
- For this purpose, you create corresponding tickets, which you track and possibly reproduce in the laboratory.
