Requirements:
  • Education: Mechanical Engineer/Technologist or graduate of a Certified Fluid Power/Robotics program.
  • Business degree is an asset but not required.
  • Experience: 5+ years in sales/marketing of Hydraulic Drive Systems to industrial accounts.
  • Strong technical background and aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, including project management.
  • Certified Sales Professional is an asset.
  • Effective communication and listening skills with a high sense of urgency.
  • Ability to empathize with customer needs and self-initiate.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for customer engagements.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for promoting and value selling Hägglunds Drive technologies in new and aftermarket applications.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Hägglunds Drive components and service offerings.
  • Analyze local market intelligence for potential customers to meet sales goals.
  • Utilize value-selling techniques to enhance customer offerings and ensure Bosch Rexroth is a preferred partner.
  • Conduct regular customer contact and field visits to drive sales and sustainable business.
  • Propose technical solutions and negotiate contracts per established guidelines.
  • Prepare detailed quotations ensuring customer requirements are met and documented.
  • Produce monthly reports for performance improvement and analysis.
