Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate degree required.
• Active license to practice law.
• 15 years of progressive legal experience required, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with German law preferred.
• Solid understanding of corporate, commercial, and intellectual property law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating technology-related subscription agreements.
• Practical knowledge in writing and implementing privacy protection strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the contracting processes for the sale of Revalize products and services.
• Negotiate, draft, and review complex commercial contracts.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of commercial contract terms.
• Serve as a cross-functional business partner providing expert legal guidance.
• Lead legal integration for acquired entities.
• Oversee corporate secretarial matters and legal compliance.
• Recommend improvements for information security and privacy policies.
• Assist with employee agreements regarding equity compensation.
