Requirements:

• Works with Product Director to create actionable product plans.
• Analyzes user needs, prioritizes them, and documents features.
• Breaks down epics into plannable features and user stories with Engineering team.
• Approval of work and progress tracking related to strategic goals.
• Facilitates user acceptance testing and feedback demonstrations.
• Acts as SME in support of service, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Works with the Product Director to translate high-level company vision and strategy into actionable product plans.
• Analyzes user needs and documents them as epics containing high-level features and acceptance criteria.
• Acts as the Customer SME/Advocate providing continuous feedback during development.
• Tracks progress toward completion of Epics and collaborates with teams for customer communications.
• Facilitates user acceptance testing, collates feedback, and reshapes team priorities.
• Represents Mindex externally and supports various functions with Q&A.
• Facilitates team retrospectives to improve operational efficiency.
