• Excellent applied statistics skills, including hypothesis testing and experimental design.
• Experience with big data and model optimization.
• Ability to present findings in clear and accessible terms.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency through automation.
• Create and analyze A/B tests to inform engineering and product decisions.
• Design and develop core business algorithms for bidding, forecasting, and image processing.
• Challenge existing product features and build data-supported business cases.
• Work with engineering teams to improve data collection strategies.
