Requirements:
  • 7+ years HR strategic leadership experience in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to think strategically but act tactically.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a solutions-based mindset.
  • Sound operational knowledge of HR/employment law and health regulations.
  • Employee Relations experience across multiple geos.
  • Technological savvy with HRIS, ATS, and engagement platforms.
  • Data literate with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional C-suite communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation, project management, and change management capabilities.
  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop open and enduring stakeholder relationships with Turnitin Leaders.
  • Provide management information and summaries of employee engagement and relations.
  • Execute annual and bi-annual plans ensuring improvements in key metrics.
  • Advise on effective organizational design to achieve operational outcomes.
  • Forecast talent needs and ensure a pipeline of exceptional talent.
  • Research best practices to sustain key people practices.
  • Support the Americas people team as needed.
  • Drive and sustain change while ensuring documentation of processes.
  • Champion Company Values and promote DEI programs.

  • Execute annual and bi-annual plans/OKRs with support from COEs to continuously improve key metrics like turnover and diversity.
  • Advise leaders on effective organizational design to achieve operational outcomes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and the talent acquisition team to forecast talent needs.
  • Research best practices to enhance key people practices.
  • Support the entire Americas people team as needed.
  • Drive and sustain change while engaging key partners, ensuring processes are documented and automated.
  • Translate information into data for decision-making and focus on process improvement.
  • Champion company values and cultural norms, highlighting values-oriented behaviors.
