Requirements:
  • Law school graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience; a postgraduate degree (LL.M. or MBA) is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in obtaining licenses and permits, particularly for high-risk industries.
  • Extensive experience in commercial and corporate law (English Common Law).
  • Proven track record in managing complex contracts and projects in an international environment.
  • Excellent qualifications and experience working analytically on complex legal matters.
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in English.
  • Strong integrity and ethics with the ability to deliver great service, even with difficult customers.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative approaches and solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Implement comprehensive assessment of legal risks and opportunities, as well as practical measures to mitigate risks and capture opportunities.
  • Manage contract reviews and contentious matters.
  • Assume the function of a compliance officer, including leading processes to obtain necessary licenses and permits.
  • Provide guidance on legal issues in data protection including GDPR.
  • Advise a wide range of internal stakeholders.
  • Manage relations with different authorities.
  • Research and monitor new legislation and legal trends.
  • Foster strong working relationships with the Legal team.
