Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's level university program specific to Human Resources like a Master of Science in Human Resource Management (MSHRM) or MBA with a focus on HR.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and accountability to effectively engage in work and contribute in a team environment.
Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices.
Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
