• Hebrew writing and expression skills - required
• Availability for a minimum of 3 shifts per week and weekends - required
• Proactive skills and approach to finding creative solutions
• Multitasking capabilities and ability to work under pressure
• Technical sense for working in a computerized environment
• Positive attitude and a real desire to help and solve problems
• Previous experience in customer service - advantage
• Other languages - advantage
