Requirements:

• Laptop/computer is mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew are essential.
• Availability for a minimum of 3 shifts a week, including weekends.
• Proactive approach towards finding creative solutions.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Technical skills for operating in a computerized environment.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to assist and resolve issues.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Join the customer support team to provide regular assistance through chat.
• Address inquiries from customers, couriers, and businesses.
• Aim to solve problems and enhance the overall customer experience.
