Requirements:
  • Initial experience as part of an international company is preferred (volunteering, internships, placements).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology or a similar field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English, German, and Polish.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment for one of our Production centers.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with departments and hiring managers to effectively develop recruiting strategies.
  • Assist with defining the hiring needs by working closely with hiring managers.
  • Conduct interviews (in person, phone, Google Meet) to assess candidates' skills and fit.
  • Support the HR admin team to complete necessary paperwork and comply with standard hiring procedures.
