Requirements:
  • Initial experience as part of an international company is preferred (volunteering, internships, placements)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology or similar field is preferred
  • Fluency in English, German and Polish

Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment for one of our Production centers
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with departments, hiring managers and existing employees to effectively develop recruiting strategies.
  • Assist with defining the hiring needs of the department by working closely with hiring managers to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business issues and priorities.
  • Conduct interviews (in person, phone, Google Meet) with candidates to assess candidates' skills, experience and fit for the organization.
  • Support the HR admin team to complete appropriate paperwork (employment application, background check release form, etc.) and comply with standard hiring procedures.
